We will send two types of email messages to our customers; order confirmations and any updates to your order which include order status and dispatch notification.

To Place an Order

Days Motorcycle & Power Equipment requests that to place an order, you must provide contact information. i.e. Name, address and telephone number. This information is used for billing and shipping purposes, and contact information if necessary.

Please check with our business before placing your order if you are not sure of the correct part required.

Errors and Omissions

Although we try to be accurate and error-free, inevitably mistakes do happen. Sometimes there can be errors in our pictures or descriptions. Please email us at sales@daysmpe.com.au and ATTN: it to the Manager if you encounter an obvious error and we will rectify it immediately. If you are unsure of anything please contact us before making any purchase to ensure that there are no mistakes with product supply.

We will not tolerate discrimination against any of our employees and will also look to refund any orders for customers who discriminate or are abusive to the Management and Staff of Days Motorcycle & Power Equipment.

We do not like making mistakes, but we are human and sometimes a parcel may find its way to another location by accident. If this does occur, Days Motorcycle & Power Equipment reserves the right to have that parcel forwarded on by that customer to the intended customer. We will then provide a full refund for the freight costs incurred plus offer a free freight option for the inconvenience caused to both customers.

Back Orders

Days Motorcycle & Power Equipment offer a great range of products and endeavour to do our best to stock as many items as we can. It is not possible to carry every item that is on our website, and at certain times of the year our suppliers will not be able to supply us, because they do not have the stock themselves. This is unavoidable and we will do our best to have our site continually updated with product back-order dates. However, in certain cases, where parts are listed as being in-stock, or because of dispatch delays, it is possible for us to sell out of certain items. We apologise for any occasions that orders cannot be supplied. We do our absolute best at all times. We reserve the right to offer a full refund on any order which goes to back-order with one of our suppliers.

Shipping Policy

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will arrange, as far aspossible, for the delivery of your order within 3 – 5 working days from the time of the prder being dispatched. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time or day of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Refund Policy

If you receive a product that is not what you purchased we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our postal address in its original undamaged condition.

Pricing

Due to circumstances beyond our control, product specifications and prices may change without notice. Also, prices change from time to time reflecting cost of acquisition, due mostly to currency fluctuations. Prices will be confirmed at time of order acceptance by shopping.daysmpe.com.au. We reserve the right to refund partial or complete orders due to supplier price increases. Suppliers constantly change pricing and due to this we may not always have the latest price online. We work diligently to keep pricing accurate, but this is sometimes impossible to do, and we will organise a full refund for any customer’s order if the new price is not accepted.

Product Warranty

Products sold and offered by Days Motorcycle & Power Equipment are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranty and guarantees. Days Motorcycle & Power Equipment are merely re-sellers of the products and are not responsible for any damages caused by these products, either directly or indirectly. When purchasing from shopping.daysmpe.com.au the buyer is waiving their right for any claims against the Company for any form of product liability caused by the product’s malfunction, defect or damage. shopping.daysmpe.com.au is only liable to the extent of the refund as stipulated and covered under conditions of sale.

Honda Generator Photo Competition Terms and Conditions:

Terms and Conditions (Competition)

1. Promoter The promoter is Day’s Motorcycles and Power Equipment, located at Lot 2 Commercial Drive, Wallan 3756, VIC ,Australia.

2. Eligibility The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period The competition opens on Wednesday 1^st April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 26th April 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter To enter, participants must:

• Take a photo showing how they use their Honda Generator in a real‑life setting with a brief description.
• Submit the photo via contact@daysmpe.com.au
• Provide their full name and contact details.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Prize One winner will receive their choice of either:

• A DC Blower, or
• A DC Lawn Trimmer.

Prize value is approximately $[499]. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

If the prize selected by the winner is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it for the other prize. If both prize options are unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it for an item of equivalent value, subject to any regulatory approval required.

6. Winner Selection The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries on Tuesday 28^th April 2026. The draw will take place at Day’s Motorcycles and Power Equipment. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification The winner will be contacted via phone and advertised on our social media page within 3 business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Use of Entries By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use submitted photos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

9. Privacy Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

10. Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that may affect entry submission.

Honda Australia Motorcycle and Power Equipment Pty. Ltd. is in no way liable for the conduct of this competition.
